As the State Manager, you will be responsible for managing partnerships with external organisations and developing new partnerships to promote business growth and high quality services to diverse customers.Key responsibilities of the role include:Strategic leadership of WA operations across CHL and ACHL (Aboriginal Community Housing Ltd)Represent the CHL Group of Companies in WAIdentify and develop diverse business growth opportunities for CHL and ACHLManage and enhance commercial partnerships and stakeholder relationshipsActively participate in senior management group and contribute to organisational improvements and policy developmentLead WA Management Team to ensure collaboration across all operational areasPosition CHL and ACHL as industry leaders in WAAbout you: You will demonstrate success leading at a senior management level in social services or government sector, as well as a sound understanding of best practice social housing management, policy and legislation applying to the community housing industry.
